BREAKING: Bukola Saraki Elected Senate President

Senator-elect, Dr Bukola Saraki, has emerged as the President-elect of the eight Senate in an election where he was the only candidate nominated.

 He has already been sworn in. This is happening while other APC lawmakers were meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the ICC in Abuja to resolve controversy surrounding the party’s sole candidate for the position.
