The reality TV star revealed her good news during Sunday (May 31) night’s midseason finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, In a clip teasing scenes for the second half of season 10, Kardashian told her family, "I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant!"
Kardashian, whose visits to a fertility doctor have been documented on the TV show, gave birth to her daughter North West in June 2013.
Ironically, earlier on Sunday's episode, psychic John Edward told her, "Not seeing you conceiving. It's just a hard time." At the very end of the episode, Kim admitted she was exhausted with the process of trying to conceive. While planning for a biopsy and trigger shot, she told her doctor, "I'm, like, so over it. Like, I'm exhausted, so I'm sure everyone gets to that point. I'm like, 'Okay, I'm done.'"
The teaser clip for the second half of season 10 also saw Kim talking about seeing Bruce Jenner for the first time as a woman. According to Kim, "She is really, really pretty."
Kanye’s other “baby” his forthcoming seventh album release Swish -- doesn’t yet have a release date.
